Jenny! The marshmellow and coconut salad is called ambrosia--and it is called that because it is the food of the gods. Five years ago I made the mistake of having a baby the day before Thanksgiving and so I did not get to go to my Aunt's house for Thanksgiving. I didn't get ambrosia that year, and the tears I cried were harsh, plentiful and bitter.
(I think it is fat free, carb free, sugar free and quite possibly? A metabolism booster.)
