Isn't amazing how the planning process helps you eat better? We try to plan the week's meals and do the week's grocery shopping each Sunday. I post the menu on my blog. The weeks where we don't seem to get the planning done result in poorer eating because we are relying on whatever is laying around and easy to make (lots of pasta and frozen foods).

Also, there is something like posting it to a blog like you have done here that makes you feel more accountable.

Your menu looks GREAT! Have fun in Hawaii...wow, what a trip.
