I wasn't able to finish this plate. That's half a red bell pepper cut into strips, raw broccoli, raw zucchini cut into waffle-looking pieces and some raw hazelnuts (mmm).
In the bowl is about 1/4 cup of whole milk Greek yogurt (Fage brand) and 1/4 cup chopped cucumber and 1 minced clove of garlic, with a healthy sprinkling of black pepper.
This was really, really good.
