So! This was a pastry I made. I browned some ground turkey, with some chopped onion and garlic, and then tossed in some small broccoli florettes and some chopped water chestnuts. I salted and peppered, and then stirred in about 6 oz of greek yogurt and about a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Oh! And some oregano.
Okay, I let that cool down for a while. I had a package of puff pastry dough in the freezer, so I thawed that before I started the inside mix. The package has two sheets, each sheet is folded into thirds. I split each sheet along the fold lines, to end up with six rectangles. I rolled the pastry out a bit, and put the filling on one side, and folded over the dough and sealed it.
All six little pastries fit onto a large baking sheet. I want to say 350 for 30 minutes, but I don't remember exactly.
I served them with sliced apples. They needed a little worchestershire sauce or something, but were pretty good.
